(What is Ketosis?) Part 2- Which One Should You Give Up- Smoking Or Carbs
Ketosis occurs when your intake of sugars, processed foods and carbohydrates is drastically reduced, causing your body to burn belly fat.

When you consume carbohydrates your body converts it into blood glucose.

Glucose is the primary storehouse of your body's energy.

Excess Glucose is stored as body FAT!
We all have wondered where the fat came from, now we know.
